How to install Solid Earth?

1

Solid Earth installation does not require specialized equipment or forms and is compatible with almost all soil types. Soil must have the proper cohesiveness and contain at least 15-20 percent fines.

Depending on use, the sub-grade may need to be compacted.

2

Then, dilute Solid Earth concentrate with water to the recommended ratio mix and spray the diluted solution to saturation which is visible when puddles start to form.

3

Let the Solid Earth sprayed surface set 15-30 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity then spray a second application of Solid Earth until it sets and compact.

4

If a decorative surface is required, prep the surface top-layer with desired decorative soil-aggregate mix and spray the diluted solution to saturation. The final treated Solid Earth surface must be allowed to fully cure before introducing traffic. Cure times is approximately 3 hours but will vary based on application type and climate conditions.

5

Solid Earth should be applied at 45 degrees and climbing and is not suitable for installation during rainy periods.
