We are

Solid Earth is a unique and reliable soil solidifying and stabilizing solution driven by our three core passions: performance, well-being, and environmental stewardship.

We are passionate about applying science to enhance well-being for people and communities while fostering environmental stewardship and conserving their natural and cultural heritage.

Our goal is to build strong pathways that connect individuals with their communities, livelihoods, and cultures in harmony with their surroundings.

Solid Earth. Shaping roadways for a sustainable future.

Environmental Stewardship

Solid Earth is a a proprietary virgin polymer, supported by years of research and field experience, that outperforms other soil stabilizers in durability. It has proven exceptionally resiliant to extreme weather conditions providing significant environmental and health benefits with no leaching impact on water or soil.

We are passionate about applying science to enhance well-being for people and communities. Our goal is to build strong pathways that connect individuals with their communities, livelihoods, and cultures in harmony with their surroundings.

Solid Earth provides significant environmental and health benefits and will not contaminate groundwater or the subsoil. Environmental testing by Arizona State University (ASU) School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment, validates that Solid Earth does not add harmful pollutants to groundwater or surrounding vegetation, reinforcing its commitment to environmental stewardship.

How to install Solid Earth?

1

Solid Earth installation does not require specialized equipment or forms and is compatible with almost all soil types. Soil must have the proper cohesiveness and contain at least 15-20 percent fines.

Depending on use, the sub-grade may need to be compacted.

2

Then, dilute Solid Earth concentrate with water to the recommended ratio mix and spray the diluted solution to saturation which is visible when puddles start to form.

3

Let the Solid Earth sprayed surface set 15-30 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity then spray a second application of Solid Earth until it sets and compact.

4

If a decorative surface is required, prep the surface top-layer with desired decorative soil-aggregate mix and spray the diluted solution to saturation. The final treated Solid Earth surface must be allowed to fully cure before introducing traffic. Cure times  will vary based on application type and climate conditions.

5

Solid Earth should be applied at 45 degrees and climbing and is not suitable for installation during rainy periods.

Benefits

  • Cost-effective and time-efficient installation method.
  • Lower project costs. Most materials can be sourced locally from the site.
  • Lower overall life maintenance cost. Solid Earth is easier to maintain with simple low cost maintenance procedures and without the added expense of costly re-paving needed to maintain asphalt and concrete paths.
  • When repairs are needed, Solid Earth is easy to repair without special equipment.
  • Promotes local economic growth and job creation.
